I started my career in Chile building software and management systems. The moment that changed everything came when my employer transferred me to corporate headquarters in the United States — not something I sought, but someone who believed in my potential before I did.

For nearly six years I worked at the heart of a Nasdaq-listed company, with presence in more than 20 countries and over 80,000 employees. I learned that world-class standards are not aspirational — they are operational. That people decisions have measurable business consequences. And that HR technology, well implemented, is not a cost — it is a competitive advantage.

Returning to Chile, one thing became clear: I had in my hands an accumulation of experience, vision and tools that very few people in this market possess. And a market full of extraordinary companies that deserve access to that level of practice. Emerion was born from that conviction.

With more than 40 years in global HR, I have operated across 50+ countries and 46 US states, working in some of the world's most complex and demanding organizations. My career has been defined by one belief: that people strategy, when done right, is the single most powerful lever for business performance.

At Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Laureate Education, I led and supported HR transformations at scale — executive compensation, organizational design, HRIS implementations across 29 countries. I had the privilege of working alongside legendary organizational design practitioner Jay Galbraith, which shaped how I think about structure and strategy.

I joined Emerion because Cris built something rare: a firm that combines genuine technical capability with real-world HR executive experience. That combination is what organizations need — and what the market rarely delivers.

Why Emerion exists.

The gap between what organizations need and what the HR consulting market delivers has widened for years. On one side: firms with strategy but no execution capability.
